Dehydroabietic Acid Derivative QC4 Induces Gastric Cancer Cell Death via Oncosis and Apoptosis

<div>ATP depletion, mitochondrial membrane potential decrease, ROS generation, and cytosolic free Ca<sup>2+</sup> elevation were observed in oncotic gastric cancer cells. ATP (a) and Δ<i>ψ</i>m (b) level generally decreased in 10 <i>μ</i>g/mL QC4-treated SGC-7901 and MGC80-3 cells time-dependently.
