Effects of supernatants from jacalin-stimulated macrophages on HT-29 and MCF-7 cell viability. HT-29 or MCF-7 cells were incubated during 72 h with supernatants from macrophages stimulated with jacalin (2.5 to 40 μg/mL) or LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 to 72 h.
