Supplementary Material

The supplementary web table described the baseline characteristic of the subjects. Overall, most of the patients were male (69.5%), the median (IQR) age was 53 (44; 58) years, and subjects had a long time on HIV infection (188 months) and under TDF-containing regimens (55 months). The most frequent comorbidity was hepatitis coinfection, detected in a third of the population.
