Luteolin Prevents H₂O₂-Induced Apoptosis in H9C2 Cells through Modulating Akt-P53/Mdm2 Signaling Pathway

Luteolin protected H9C2 cells from H₂O₂-induced apoptosis. H9C2 cells were preincubated with/without luteolin (10 μM)/quercetin (10 μM) for 6 h and then treated with 100 μM H₂O₂ for 1 h. Cells were harvested and detected with a flow cytometer. Data were expressed as mean ± SD. versus control; versus model.
