Tapping system: half spiral tapping every 3 days along with Ethrel stimulation (15 d). Quantitative RT-PCR analysis was carried out to determine the expression levels. The 18SrRNA (GenBank Accession Number: AB268099) was used as the control. Data are expressed as mean ± SD for three individual experiments ().
