<div>Serial <sup>99m</sup>Tc-Annexin V scans in methylprednisolone treated rabbits. (a) Scans were performed before therapy and 5–8 weeks after initiation by methylprednisolone. Increasing <sup>99m</sup>Tc-Annexin V uptake is observed as early as approximately 5 weeks after the start of prednisolone treatment. (b) <sup>99m</sup>Tc-Annexin V uptake, expressed as T/N, significantly increased with time.</div>
