Acoustic Cavitation Enhances Focused Ultrasound Ablation with Phase-Shift Inorganic Perfluorohexane Nanoemulsions: An<i> In Vitro</i> Study Using a Clinical Device

<div>Temperature elevations measured at the HIFU focus as a function of time during a 5 s HIFU exposure at the DC of 2%, 5%, 10%, and 100% in the MSNC-PFH phantom. The peak temperature that is higher than the evaporation temperature of PFH (56°C) is observed in HIFU exposures at the duty cycle of 5%, 10%, and 100%, respectively.</div>
