RT-qPCR of PGRMC1, PAIRBP1, and PAQR7 transcripts in U-87 MG and LN-229 glioma spheroids stimulated with 3 ng/mL and 30 ng/mL progesterone, respectively, for 48 hrs. The only significant alteration, decrease in PGRMC1 mRNA level, was observed in LN-229 spheroids treated with 30 ng/mL of P. Statistical significance () is indicated by an asterisk ().
