ND-1 inhibited platelet spreading on immobilized fibrinogen. (a) Washed platelets were incubated with ND-1 (50, 25, and 10 μM) or vehicle for 5 min at 37°C. Platelets were allowed to spread on fibrinogen-coated glasses for 60 min at 37°C. Then platelets were fixed, labeled, and photographed under a fluorescence microscope.
