Kdr allelic frequencies S, R1, and R2 refer to the positions 1016 and 1534 of the gene coding for the voltage gated sodium channel () as follows: S (susceptible) = 1016 Val⁺/1534 Phe⁺; R1 (single mutant) = 1016 Val⁺/1534 Cys; and R2 (double mutant) = 1016 Ile/1534 Cys.
