Effects of MB salt/M/B on LDLR mRNA levels. HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of M (a), B, or MB salt (b) for 24 h. DMSO (0.1%) was used as control. Cell total RNA was extracted for real-time RT-PCR determination of LDLR mRNA levels, which were normalized to that of GAPDH and plotted as fold of DMSO.
