Proliferative and Invasive Effects of Progesterone-Induced Blocking Factor in Human Glioblastoma Cells
Migration of glioblastoma cells is enhanced by PIBF. Wound-healing assay was performed to evaluate the migration capabilities of U87 and U251 cells upon PIBF exposure. Cells were treated with the recombinant PIBF (100 and 200 ng/mL) for 48 h while the medium was used as the vehicle (V).
