Inhibitory effect of continuous treatment with nitidine (NTD), camptothecin (CPT), or topotecan (TPT) in A549 cells measured using the xCELLigence system. Cell growth was assessed with impedance using the xCELLigence system for A549 cells. Cells were treated with 5 μM of each compound after 18 h preculture (0 h). Cell growth was then monitored continuously for 48 h.
