Modification of Human Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cells Using Polyethylenimine Combined with Modified TAT Peptide to Enhance BMP-2 Production

<div>Specific ALP activity of CB-MSC treated with PEI, PEI25, or mTat/PEI complexes of gWiz-BMP2. Transfection with complexes was carried out for 24 hours, after which the medium was changed to OM.
