Expression of Oct3/4 in alveolar epithelium by immunofluorescence staining. Normal rat alveolar epithelium, no Oct3/4 (+) cells (N). Few Oct3/4 (+) cells began to appear (12 h). Oct3/4 (+) cells reached the peak (24 h). Oct3/4 (+) cells decreased gradually (48 h). Oct3/4 (+) cells were close to the normal level (72 h).
