Environmental chemicals reduced the insulin secretion. INS-1E cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of environmental chemicals for 72 h, incubated with glucose-free KRBH buffer for 1 h followed by 30 min stimulation with 6.7 mM glucose in KRBH buffer. In the combinatory exposures the indicated doses reflect the concentrations of each chemical rather than the total (additive) chemical concentration.
