Subcloning of rat hdac6 gene in pLVX-EF1α-IRES-Zsgreen vector. Vector map of pLVX-EF1α-IRES-Zsgreen expression vector (a). The hdac6 ORF was cloned into the expression vector and transformed into NEB stable competent cells. Plasmids were isolated from the colonies and digested with EcoRI. Representative figure showing some of the colonies 1–7 (b-left panel). The positive colonies (numbers 2, 4, 3, 5, and 7) were double digested with Spe1HF and EcoRI HF (b-right panel).
