ADMA-induced dysfunction of EPCs. (a) CCK-8 assay was performed to examine the proliferation of EPCs. Compared with the control group, ADMA (5~50 μmol/L) treatment significantly inhibited EPCs proliferation. (b and c) Transwell chemotaxis assay was performed to examine the migration of EPCs.
