Peripheral Antinociception Induced by Aripiprazole Is Mediated by the Opioid System

<div>Clocinnamox did not antagonize the aripiprazole-induced antinociceptive effect against the hyperalgesic effect induced by PGE<sub>2</sub> (PGE<sub>2</sub>, 2 <i>μ</i>g). Clocinnamox (CLOC; 40 <i>μ</i>g/paw) and aripiprazole (Ari; 100 <i>μ</i>g/paw) were given 140 min and 170 min after PGE<sub>2</sub>.
