Protective Effects of Garlic-Derived S-Allylmercaptocysteine on IL-1<i>β</i>-Stimulated Chondrocytes by Regulation of MMPs/TIMP-1 Ratio and Type II Collagen Expression via Suppression of NF-<i>κ</i>B Pathway

<div><i>Influence of SAMC on the expression of TNF-<i>α</i></i>. Chondrocytes were treated with IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-1<i>β</i> plus SAMC, or IL-1<i>β</i> plus dexamethasone for 48 h.
