Kinetics of virus replication in MDCK cells (MOI 0.01). Cell monolayers were infected with studied viruses at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01 in triplicate and incubated at the permissive temperature (33°C). Culture supernatants were collected every 12 hours and stored at −70°C prior to titration by 50% tissue culture infective dose (TCID50). Graphs show median titers with interquartile range (T-lines).
