Functional Polymorphisms in<i> IRAKs</i> Are Related to Hepatocellular Carcinoma Risk in Chinese Population

<div><i>The mRNA expression of selected proinflammatory and chemokines in HepG2 and L02 cells</i>. 100 ng plasmid of IRAK4 428Ala and IRAK4 428Thr was transfected into HepG2 and L02 cells, respectively, then the mRNA expression was detected for IL-6 (a), IL-8 (b), CXCL-1 (c), and CXCL-2 (d) after 48 h.
