ARG1 promotes the EMT process of Huh7 cells. ((a)-(c)) ARG1 impaired the expression of EMT-associated proteins at both protein (a, b) and mRNA (c) level, and overexpression of ARG1 significantly upregulated the expression of Vimentin, N-cadherin, and β-catenin, while ARG1 knockdown downregulated their expression.
