-Hederin Arrests Cell Cycle at G2/M Checkpoint and Promotes Mitochondrial Apoptosis by Blocking Nuclear Factor-B Signaling in Colon Cancer Cells
α-Hederin inhibits NF-κB signaling in IL-6-stimulated SW620 cells. SW620 cells were treated with vehicle, IL-6, and/or α-hederin at indicated concentrations for 24 h.
