Inhibition of ERK phosphorylation is involved in α-Hederin reduction of NF-κB nuclear translocation in IL-6 stimulated SW620 cells. SW620 cells were treated with vehicle, IL-6, and/or α-hederin, or AG490, or U0126 at indicated concentrations for 24 h. (a) CCK-8 assay for evaluating cell viability. Cell viability was expressed as percentage of control. Significance: P<0.01 versus control, ##P<0.01 versus IL-6. (b) Western blot analysis of ERK phosphorylation with quantification.
