IL-10 promotes BeWo spheroid attachment to Ishikawa cells. Adhesion experiments with BeWo spheroids attached to the Ishikawa cell monolayer. The Ishikawa cells were treated with 100 ng/mL rIL-10 for 12 h or 24 h (a) or with 4.6 μM cryptotanshinone for 24 h, followed by 100 ng/mL rIL-10 for 12 h (b).
