Anatomic study on cadavers. (a) The palmar ulnar artery perforator arises from the superficial palmar arch. The mean diameter of the perforator was 0.9 mm and the pedicle length was 11.25 mm. The perforator usually arises 20.0 mm distal from the -axis, which is the line between the pisiform and hamate bones. (b) The superficial sensory branch of the ulnar nerve covered the hypothenar region.
