OCT4 promoted EMT and migration activity in SW480 cells. (a) and (b) SW480 cells were transfected with OCT4 overexpression plasmid for 24h, and the expression of proteins indicated was validated by western blotting assay. (c) and (d) Transwell experiment was used to compare the migration activities of SW480 cells transfected with OCT4 overexpression plasmid or empty vector.
