Jiao-Tai-Wan Improves Cognitive Dysfunctions through Cholinergic Pathway in Scopolamine-Treated Mice

<div><b>Effects of JTW improves the cholinergic nerve system in SCOP-treated Mice</b>. The supernatant of hippocampus and cortex homogenate was used for the assay. The level of Ach and the activities of AChE and ChAT in hippocampus (<b>a</b>,<b> b</b> and<b> c</b>). The level of Ach and the activities of AChE and ChAT in cortex (<b>d</b>,<b> e</b> and<b> f</b>). JTWL: Jiao-tai-wan (2.1g/kg/d); JTWM: Jiao-tai-wan (4.2g/kg/d); JTWH: Jiao-tai-wan (8.4 g/kg/d); DON: donepezil.
