Inhibition of URG11 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of prostate cancer cells. Cultured LNCaP cells were subjected to flow cytometry assay using PI staining to determine cell cycle (a, b) and using annexin V and PI staining to determine apoptosis (c, d) in each group.
