<div>Bubbles generated in separate experiments: (a) the bubbles with approximately the same diameter of ~80 <i>μ</i>m were generated in 0.25 s when the pulses were applied and (b) the bubbles that have various sizes (mostly &lt;20 <i>μ</i>m) were generated in the form of clusters.</div>
