Real-time PCR analysis of PRRSV in pCD163-MARC and MARC-145 cells. pCD163-MARC and MARC-145 cells were individually infected with PRRSV classical strain S1 (a) and highly pathogenic strain SY0608 (b) at an MOI of 1 for 1 h. RNA was extracted from culture supernatants collected at the indicated times and subjected to SYBR Green real-time PCR. The relative PRRSV RNA levels of samples were determined by linear extrapolation of the Ct value plotted against the standard curve. The data represent the means of three independent experiments, with each experiment performed in triplicate. Error bars indicate the standard deviations of three experiments. .
