Effect of amniotic membrane extract (AME) and chorionic membrane extract (CME) on cell viability of human middle ear epithelial cells (HMEECs) following exposure to lead for 24 h: administration of 100 and 200 μg/mL AME or CME significantly increased cell viability of HMEECs exposed to 600 μg/mL lead(II) acetate trihydrate.
