(a) The serum concentration of PTX3 was significantly higher in the patients with TAO compared to controls . Serum PTX3 was measured by using ELISA Kit from Shanghai Xitang Biotechnology Company, China. (b) ROC analysis by using PTX3 as a diagnostic marker for TAO, and the optimal cutoff threshold value was 93.127 pg/ml, with an area under curve of 0.981 (95% CI: 0.877–0.995).
