Genomic DNA from various organisms including<i> C. burnetii</i>,<i> R. rickettsii</i>,<i> R. heilongjiangensis</i>,<i> R. sibirica</i>,<i> O. tsutsugamushi</i>,<i> S. aureus</i>, and<i> S. suis</i> was used as experimental or control templates to conduct the RPA-LF detection method.</div>
