Effect of Icariin on Tibial Dyschondroplasia Incidence and Tibial Characteristics by Regulating P2RX7 in Chickens

<div>Immunohistochemical localization of P2RX7 in control, TD, and icariin treated chickens in tibial hypertrophic zone. A fewer numbers of cells express P2RX7 in TD-effected chickens relative to control group, and birds returned to normal levels on icariin treatment. Arrow indicates P2RX7 density in brown color.
