The RNA expression levels of EGF, FGF-2 and TGF-β1 were measured by quantitative RT-PCR when HIOECs were treated with blank control, 20 μg/mL Nal-P-113 or 10 ng/mL rhEGF at 24 h and 48 h. 18s2 was included as an internal control, and the fold change was determined as the cytokine expression relative to that in the blank control group. The data are presented as the mean±SD of triplicate experiments.
