Dexamethasone decreased BV/TV and Tb.N and increased BS/BV, Tb.Sp, and TBPf accordingly. However, <sup>99</sup>Tc-MDP exhibited excellent effects on conversing the parameters in different dose groups. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation (n = 8, each group). BV/TV: bone volume/total volume; BS/BV: bone surface area/bone volume; Tb.Th: trabecular thickness; Tb.N: trabecular number; Tb.Sp: trabecular spacing; TBPf: trabecular bone pattern factor; and Ct.Th: cortical thickness.
