Effects of hypoxia on the glycolysis of TSCC cells. (a) Glucose consumption in TSCC cells significantly increased under hypoxia for different periods of time. (b) Lactate production in TSCC cells dramatically increased under hypoxia. (c) Hypoxia induced higher expression of HIF-1α, Glut-1, and HKII in all three cell types.
