IAA secretion in strain WS-FJ9 and growth dynamic of bacterial cells. OD₆₃₀ represents the proliferation of bacteria. At the initial stage of incubation (1–3 d), both the IAA content and bacterial biomass (denoted by OD₆₃₀ value) in the fermentation broth of B. multivorans WS-FJ9 increased quickly and peaked at 3 d, with values of 23 mg·L^–1 and 3.4, respectively.
