LH inhibits the yeast-to-hyphal transition of C. albicans. 10⁶ cells/mL C. albicans with various concentrations (0, 16, 32, and 64 μM) of LH in RPMI-1640 medium, spider medium, or SD broth supplemented with 10% FBS were incubated at 37°C for 4 h and recorded by an inverted microscope.
