Treatment of Postsurgical Scalp Scar Deformity Using Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation

A 42-year-old female patient had a 2 x 3 cm² postsurgical round hairless scar on her left frontotemporal scalp due to skin necrosis after undergoing an Endotine forehead lift two years previously (Left). She underwent hair transplantation of 210 FUs by the FUE method (Middle). After 12 months, the survival rate was 85% (Right).
