Resolvin D1 Alleviates Ventilator-Induced Lung Injury in Mice by Activating PPAR/NF-B Signaling Pathway

Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Sham group (a): mice was retained autonomous respiration and normal saline was injected intraperitoneally at the beginning of the experiment. High tidal volume group (b): normal saline was injected intraperitoneally at the beginning of the ventilation. 500ng RvD1 plus group (c): 500ng RvD1 was injected intraperitoneally at the beginning of the ventilation. PPAR-γ inhibitor group (d): GW9662 was given intraperitoneally 30 min before the start of mechanical ventilation and 500ng RvD1 was injected intraperitoneally at the beginning of the ventilation.
