The effect of EGb on N2a, N2a-APP695, and N2a-APPsw cell viability. The viability of N2a, N2a-APP695, and N2a-APPsw cells was measured by CCK-8 assay at different concentrations of EGb (50, 100, 200, or 400 μg/ml) for 8 h. Cells cultured in 100 μg/ml EGb exhibited the highest viability (p<0.01). All values are presented as the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. p<0.05, p<0.01.
