VM forming ability under normoxia of RCC cell lines. Under normoxia condition, 786-O (a) and 769-P (b) were able to form tubular structures on Matrigel when seeded with a concentration of 4×10⁵ cells/ml for 4h. However, OS-RC-2 (c) did not show the VM forming ability in the normal circumstance; it was even seeded at a higher density and cultured for a longer period of time (×100).
