Effects of IMP on inflammatory cytokine release in RBL-2H3 cells and RPMCs. (a) RBL-2H3 cells and (b) RPMCs were divided into the Con, IgE+Ag, and IgE+Ag+IMP groups. They were stimulated with 10 μg/ml anti-DNP IgE for 6 h and challenged with 100 ng/ml DNP-HAS, in the absence or presence of IMP (10, 20, and 40 μM, respectively). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-8, and IL-13 in the culture supernatant were detected by ELISA. Compared with the Con group, P<0.05, ∗∗P<0.01; compared with the IgE+Ag group, #P<0.05, ##P<0.01.
