Effects of IMP on activation of AKT and MAPK signaling pathways in RBL-2H3 cells. RBL-2H3 cells were divided into the Con, IgE+Ag, and IgE+Ag+IMP groups. RBL-2H3 cells were stimulated with 10 μg/ml anti-DNP IgE for 6 h and challenged with 100 ng/ml DNP-HAS, in the absence or presence of IMP (10, 20, and 40 μM, respectively). Levels of Akt, p38, JNK, and ERK were detected by Western blot analysis. Compared with the Con group, P<0.05, ∗∗P<0.01; compared with the IgE+Ag group, #P<0.05, ##P<0.01.
