Effect of Cuphea aequipetala methanolic extract on cell cycle in B16F10 cells. 1×10⁶ cells were seeded in a 6-well plate and after 24h, cells were treated with the CC₅₀ dose of extract (0.269 mg/mL) and etoposide (150μ) as the positive control, incubated for 24, 48, and 72 h, and stained with propidium iodide (PI) and samples were acquired by flow cytometer.
