Calcium Dyshomeostasis Alters CCL5 Signaling in Differentiated PC12 Cells

<div>Western blot analysis of IP<sub>3</sub> receptors in PC12 cell lines. (a) Approximately 60–80 <i>μ</i>g of total protein was resolved on an 8% SDS-PAGE gel and electroblotted onto nitrocellulose membranes. Membranes were probed with anti-IP<sub>3</sub>R1, anti-IP<sub>3</sub>R2, anti-IP<sub>3</sub>R3, and recognizing all isoforms anti-IP<sub>3</sub>R-T antibodies.
