The effects of JTW on locomotor activity. Mice were administered vehicle, JTW (3.3 and 6.6 mg/kg), or imipramine (10 mg/kg) once daily for 14 consecutive days. On the last day, mice were subjected to the behavioral tests after 30 min drug administration. Locomotion counts were recorded for 10 min. Values are the with 6 mice in each group. There were no obvious differences compared with vehicle-treated ovariectomized mice subjected to chronic unpredictable stress.
